Dear Kivanc Akdil, after staying in your hotel in May 2012, I've filed complaints to • Yatırım ve İşletmeler Genel Müdürlüğü of Ministry of culture & tourism, • Turistik Otelciler, İşletmeciler ve Yatırımcılar Birliği (TUROB), • Türkiye Otelciler Federasyonu (TÜROFED). Here is a lesson for you - FIRST, think about hot water in rooms and other ESSENTIAL things; ONLY AFTER - think about "new concept" and such stuff. You are a DISGRACE to the Turkish tourism!

You are fucking liars! Your hotel is a disgusting place! Are not you ashamed to write about change management, and everything else! This is not a ottel crypt and the level of comfort and service! I hope you go broke in the hotel nearest announcement time![:-7]
