The facilities of the apartments include games room and the added advantage and facilities of the reception and services of Hotel Daina that include lobby, 24-hour reception area (with safe and bureau de change, cafeteria that opens onto Paseo MarГ­timo with a snack service and shows three nights a week, a TV room, air-conditioned restaurant with buffet breakfast and dinner service and the amazing pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and bar/pub service.

Site 1 - The outer shell of the building is complete and the area is screened off, most of the work taking place is inside the apartments. Hand held tools are in use and some noise and visual disturbance will be experienced. This site is situated directly adjacent to the Hotel.
Site 2 – The building work is in the middle stages and some work is being carried out on the outer shell and the majority of work is now screened off. There is a crane on site and hand held tools are also in use. Some noise and visual disturbance will be experienced. This block is situated to the rear of the Hotel & Apartments Daina.
